Logging into the System

Q: I get an error message when I try to log into my account. What can I do?

A: First, make sure that the URL is correct: http://portal.airweb.org. Next, try typing in your username and password, instead of copying and pasting. Sometimes, an extra space is copied and pasted, and the system will not log you in.

Q: The system is telling me that my email address is not in proper format. What does this mean?

A: First, make sure that when typing your email address, that you include the “@” symbol and your domain name. All user accounts must be in this format: student@airweb.org. If you copy and paste your email address, sometimes an extra space is copied and the system will not log you in.

Q: Are scholarships available? How do I apply?

A: The Academy offers scholarships from time to time. Scholarship opportunities will be announced on the Academy website along with instructions for applying.

Q: I’ve completed the two scholarship courses, how can I register for more?

A: Special pricing is available for Presidential Scholars interested in completing additional courses. Please contact the Data and Decisions Academy staff for more information, at 850-385-4155 x128.
